This is surprisingly easy, yet comforting and so fun to make for breakfast or brunch, especially if you are hosting a special occasion and have lots of people to feed. You can make the dough in advance and refrigerate it. Then when it's time for some seriously awesome one-eyed cheesy boats - you totally got it!

I was reading an article the other day about different minerals and vitamins. So I wanted to find out more details about some of them, like magnesium for example. I've heard of this mineral of course, but not much of its specifics.
It's a mineral we need for our muscles, nerves, bones and our immune system. Magnesium helps keep a steady heart rhythm, normal blood sugar levels and blood pressure. It also plays a role in making energy and protein for the body.
